Rupture and Repair: Reflections from the 2026 Asian American Mental Health Conference
Imagine Otherwise by CAAC | Weekly Summary
This week’s content features a couple of reflections on the recent Our Flourishing, Our Faith Conference that took place last month at Biola University. This was an historic gathering of Asian American Christians that came together to learn about and reflect on the place of mental and emotional wellbeing in light of multigenerational experiences of grief and loss. Transcending mere therapeutic techniques for self-care, the conference speakers reflected deeply on the theological and pastoral implications of trauma, grief, and intergenerational care within Asian American families and churches. Stay tuned as more content from the conference becomes available in the coming weeks!
